Why training comes after measurement
Standard training says the right things in the wrong context. Staff attend, but the next day they usually return to working exactly as before.
Behaviour at work is not determined by knowledge alone; it is determined by structure as well. At IWOP we build the structure and train in parallel, according to the needs of each organisation.
Which modules are included
The first module is fixed for every organisation, because it covers the information duty that PD 62/2025 places on the employer. The rest are selected on the basis of the pillars your own measurement showed as weakest.
How the training hours are calculated
Hours are calculated using the IWOP Model, based on the risk category of your activity and your headcount. Groups are scheduled so that the organisation keeps operating, with up to four groups in parallel and one session every fortnight for each group.
The IWOP Model is a HUBS HELLAS LTD methodology and is not a legal requirement.
How sessions are delivered
Active learning in every session. Theory follows from the exercise; it does not precede it. We use re-enactment of real incidents, case studies from Greek companies and simulation of complex situations. Facilitators have a background in organizational psychology and experience from the business world.
Frequently asked questions
How many hours are needed?
It depends on headcount and on the risk category of the activity. The measurement produces the exact calculation, with hours per employee and total delivery hours.
Does it cover the PD 62/2025 obligation?
The first module covers the duty to inform staff. The formal occupational risk assessment remains a separate process carried out by a licensed provider.
Will operations have to stop?
No. Groups are scheduled so that the organisation keeps operating, with one session every fortnight for each group.
