An open programme, for participants from different organisations
Unlike in-company training, participants come from different environments. This allows an exchange of experience without the constraints of a shared hierarchy.
The structure
Eight modules, from the transition into the role through to leadership and influence, with the last devoted to re-measurement and the individual development plan. Each module builds on the previous one, because you cannot give feedback if you have not delegated properly. Between sessions there is time for application in your own team, with support.
The four axes measured are the same as in the in-company programme.
Practical details
- Duration twelve weeks, eight sessions.
- Up to twelve participants per intake, so that everyone has time to work on their own cases.
- Three intakes per year: October, January, April.
- Measurement before and after, compared per axis.
- A ten per cent discount from three participants of the same company.
What you receive at the end
A comparison chart of the initial and final picture, your team's picture provided the anonymous assessment was also completed, an individual plan for the next three months, and a certificate of attendance bearing the IWOP mark. The certificate relates to programme attendance and is not a professional qualification.
Quality guarantee
If, six months after the training, re-measurement of the same team's indicators remains below 65%, the participant repeats the programme free of charge, in any intake within the following year.
Frequently asked questions
Do you accept independent candidates?
Yes. Applications are accepted both from organisations and from individuals who cover their own participation.
When are the next intakes?
Three times a year: October, January and April. Places are limited to twelve per intake.
Do I need to take the assessment first?
It is not required, but it is recommended. The initial measurement determines where the emphasis is placed for each participant.
