What the PCWH Diagnostic™ measures

Thirty-one questions across five pillars. Each pillar corresponds to factors that organizational psychology links to the health and performance of people at work.

Workload and demandsVolume of work, role clarity and emotional demands.
Management qualityWhether management supports, develops and provides feedback systematically.
Psychological safetyWhether people can speak up without fear of negative consequences.
Work–life balanceThe boundaries between work and personal time.
Wellbeing cultureWhether wellbeing is treated as a genuine value or as formal compliance.

You receive a detailed report

Once you complete the PCWH Diagnostic™ the results appear on your screen. The report includes an overall score and a score per pillar with interpretation, and the two pillars that need priority, together with a proposed training programme tailored to your sector, headcount and the risk category of your activity.

Anonymous completion by your staff

The management assessment shows one side. The anonymous questionnaire shows the other. Comparing the two is often the most useful finding, and it points to the right interventions.

The PCWH Diagnostic™ is aligned with Greek Presidential Decree 62/2025 and is a self-assessment tool. It is not a formal Occupational Risk Assessment Study and does not replace an assessment by a licensed provider. See what PD 62/2025 requires.
